As specialists in the Personnel Evaluation, we think that it would be neglect from our part to deliver an evaluation for an executive without simultaneously giving a means for increasing the executives abilities and betterment of every evaluation given.

Based on this, we have the ability to propose a specific training program to optimize the abilities of the executive for the position the executive occupies or is going to occupy.

The training subjects have to do with the increase of managerial abilities, of salesmanship and communication, the ability to take decisions, etc.

They do not include “technical” knowledge for any profession.
